By accessing and using TowLink USA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

TowLink USA is a marketplace platform connecting customers in need of roadside assistance with independent tow truck operators and companies. We facilitate the connection but do not directly provide towing services.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Provider Requirements

Tow truck operators must maintain valid insurance, licenses, and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. Providers must pass background verification.

5. Payments & Fees

Customers are charged the estimated price at the time of service completion. Providers pay monthly subscription fees. TowLink USA retains a service fee from each transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

TowLink USA is not liable for damages arising from services provided by independent operators. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to our platform.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
